Fundstrat believes that 2020 will be bullish for Bitcoin
The market research firm, Fundstrat Global Advisors, predicts in the future optimistic for the price of Bitcoin in a report made for the year 2020.
Tom Lee, the co-founder of the market research firm Fundstrat Global Advisors, released on January 10 in his official Twitter account some excerpts from a report made by the firm for its investors in which they claim that Bitcoin's performance by 2020 it can exceed 100%. In the Fundstrat report it says: "By 2020, we see several positive convergences that improve the use case and also the economic model for cryptocurrencies and Bitcoin, therefore, we believe that the total return of Bitcoin and and cryptocurrencies should exceed that of 2019 ."
In addition, according to Fundstrat's research, the impact of the next halving is not yet reflected in the price of Bitcoin, so they claim that the significant increase will probably occur in the five months prior to the May halving. In addition to halving, they add the current geopolitical tensions and presidential elections in the United States as a catalyst for the Bitcoin bullish movement. As several analysts reported, it is the first time that the price of Bitcoin responds with an important movement in relation to the geopolitical events of the world in analogy to the performance of gold and silver. This data, according to analysts, is a clear statement of the escalation of Bitcoin as a refuge asset for events that trigger destabilization in the financial world.
