Capsa Food announces the creation of its Office of Technological Innovation

The Spanish dairy company, Capsa Food, announced the association with the Izertis technology consulting firm, with the aim of developing and deploying its Office of Technological Innovation (ILO). The Capsa Food initiative seeks to consolidate its position as a benchmark in the agri-food sector through a strong commitment to technological development as a fundamental lever for innovation in the industry.
The partnership between the two companies was announced through an Izertis statement detailing the progress to date: “The project has closed its first phase of service (diagnosis) and has been able to be carried out during the hard phase of the crisis for Covid-19 by holding more than 30 individual and group interviews together with co-creation sessions and Design Thinking dynamics in remote format, in which more than 50 Capsa Food professionals have participated”. The project began with an analysis of the situation in which digital innovation and transformation are found in the industry. Then a medium-term strategy was developed and different ideas were proposed to facilitate the acceleration of the digital transformation process. The final phase will consist of carrying out the innovation strategies to gradually implement them in the industry processes.
